It drives me nuts when I see clocks with Roman numerals on the face of them. To me they should only make clocks with the numbers on the face of the clock. 	Something that does not TICK! I hate ticking clocks, when all other noise is gone all you hear is tick, tick, tick... aarrgghh!! I tend to like digital clocks or watches Powell

	Yes hate ticking or ones that chime on the hour.....also dont like the digital clock's light at night...prefer a classic looking face with the roman numerals....

	I'll stick with my clock on windows XP, simple and sweet! It don't say tic tock, no roman numerals I can pause a program or game take a quick look and that be it hehe! Crow.

	I've gone my whole life switching between Standard clocks, Roman numerals, and Military time that none of them bother me. My brain switches between them automatically

	My favorite one is my "internal" clock. It's never fast or slow, and when it stops then so will I.

	I have no preference, but do agree with those that dislike the ones that chime on the hour. Have a friend who has one with seagulls that shreek on the hour Enough to give you a headache!! So long as I have a clock nearby, I am fine, I can't wear watches, I break out if the metal on the backs presses into my skin, and I am a MAJOR clock watcher... I absolutely have to know what time it is!

	I always wear a digital watch that permanently displays the date. I hate trying to write a check or fill out some paperwork and asking someone, "What's today's date?!"
