for some time now women have been considered equal to men, and this is an issue i hane a lot of fun with. !!DO NOT TAKE THIS THE WRONG WAY LADIES!!.

if you want to be the equal to a man, then why do we open your doors for you?

if you want to be equal to a man, then why do we have to put the toilet seat down?

why are we expected to be on guard and keep our dirty jokes out of the work place?

why do you think you are being harrased if we do tell a few tasteless jokes?

all of these things you as women deserve, that is the nature of it all, men are supposed to respect you and be respectful of your person, but as an equal these DO NOT APPLY.

you can open your own door, put your own toilet seat down, appreciate our humor, and take a bit of playful poking.

if you want to be equal, don't complain when i don't do these things, do not wake me up while napping to bitch about the toilet seat. DO IT YOURSELF.

if your willing to say you are lesser than me, then i will gladly do these things for you. i will still do them even if you want to be an equal, but forgive me if i forget once in a while, because we do not complain when you ask me millions of questions about the way i feel. i respect that you care and i care too, but its not me to express them

if you made it this far, congrats.. this is a topic i have had lengthy debates with the woman in my life and i love how emotional she gets when we talk about it. i thought i would share this to show that despite the fact that we are all human, inequality will always be here. that though you may be the best, let go of you pride and self love, and help someone who isn't quite to your level, be considerate of others, and quit being dicks, the world needs more good hearted people.

If you want to be the equal to a man, then why do we open your doors for you?

Because you CHOOSE to. Certainly not because I demand that you do. Your choice, your decision, your responsibility... I am perfectly capable of opening the door for myself and to be honest I am as likely to be seen holding the door for a man as I am to be seen having a man hold the door for me.

if you want to be equal to a man, then why do we have to put the toilet seat down?

Because it's the polite thing to do. Afterall it's generally women who clean the mess up when you "miss the target" and get urine all over the floor, the underside of the seat, the wall behind the toilet etc. If we are equal then WHY can't you clean it up yourself when you make a mess?

why are we expected to be on guard and keep our dirty jokes out of the work place?

I'm as likely to tell dirty jokes as you are. How about this... You don't complain about my tasteless jokes and I won't complain about yours...

why do you think you are being harrased if we do tell a few tasteless jokes?

Harass me... *snickers* I give as good as I get.

Now I am not your typical woman by any stretch of the imagination. I grew up in a housefull of boys, in a neighborhood where the ratio of males to females was 18 to 1. Us girls (there were a total of 3 of us within a mile radius) had to demonstrate that we could be both ladylike and that we could do anything that the boys could do and do it better. "I am woman" was our theme song and we did not take crap from anyone regardless of their gender.

I absolutely treat women as equals. I stopped opening doors for women when some woman that thought she was some hot piece of ass entered a business establishment and didn't even bother leaving the door open for me. The door ended up breaking my nose. Women have so little respect for us, I refuse to give them respect either unless they earned it. I don't open doors for women (not even for my female roommate). This pisses her off, but she is greatfull that I treat her as an equal.

And I don't poke fun at men, so equally, I don't poke fun at women (the exception is if I'm trying to get a woman to break up with me).

I only ask that the toilet seat be put down at night so a groggy me doesn't fall in the toilet, otherwise you're gonna get woken up at night my me rubbing my wet ass on ya. Figure i'll just share the experience ( and the wet ass rubbing will be before i go back, put the seat down and pee)
