I just had my first week back to work since the accident.... short term disability people said I had to get a doctor to sign off on me coming back ( I came back anyway, too short staffed to be turned away) But I got jerked around.... spent a whole day trying to get it, and they won't accept the word of the chiropractor who is doing my pt and rehab....(md board run facility, though they will pay for him?).

I hate politics and ego bullshit.

I love my job but sometimes hate working with lazy DER's that don't know everything and don't want to know anything new.
But if they think they've figured out a new way to line their pockets, I have to learn new stuff.

My mdn or naturopath was the only one who would listen to my concerns, but his practice is going the way of the best body money can buy, or biologically impossible. As this area is what appears to be one of the largest implant/suction/dewrinkle leaders of the world. it's only natural for survival.

So, I can get buffed, injected, plumped, dewrinkled, while having vit shots and my hormones regulates with my weight, but not help with my foot. I'm tired and my foot hurts..... Sorry to rant... but just because I don't have der in front of my name doesn't mean I am stupid. Just injured! I didn't fall on my head! kat

While I can't relate to all of your blog, I can relate to one thing:

I hate politics and ego bullshit.

After I was laid off from my last position almost six years ago, I said "phuck it" I can do what I'm doing on my own! I may not be a major corporation now but at least I don't have to put up with the corporate politics and bullshit anymore!

See if reading my blog: DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT... will help inspire you to get out of that rat race!

Good luck!

A few years ago I took a rather nasty fall and did rotatorcuff damage to my shoulder. After xrays and MRIs and whatnot they decided that I should have surgery to fix the problem. Nope, not on this boy. I knew that I didn't need the surgery and that eventually the tendons would repair themselves as it was not that serious (hurt like hell though). I didn't lose a day of work, just got put on profile for about 6 months untill I could use the arm again. I had to convince the surgeon that the pain was minimal (whoa that hurt but I stuck to my guns) and eventually regained the full use of my arm and shoulder. I'm glad I did now.

Just remember to take baby steps until you are well enough to run down the people who piss you off and kick them in the jimmy!
