My Bengals beat Minnesota today, 42-14.

Everything lined up for my Bengals starting with our win this afternoon, and then with Miami losing to Buffalo that assured my Bengals of a playoff birth. If that wasn't enough, Baltimore lost to New England (a team that's always tough to beat) early this evening, so my Bengals clinched the AFC North division today. The Ravens did give my Bengals a pretty good run for the division these last few weeks.

On top of that, Cleveland lost, which always makes me happy.

The only bad thing I didn't like was Pittsburgh winning. I really can't stand that team either.

The AFC playoff picture is almost into focus, with Miami (8-7), Baltimore (8-7), San Diego (8-7), and Pittsburgh (yes, believe it or not, Pittsburgh (7-8)) are all fighting for that last wild card slot.

That should make for an interesting game between my Bengals and the Ravens for next Sunday. My Bengals are standing at 10-5 so far this season, and at 7-0 at home. Last time we went 8-0 at home was in 1988, the last time we went to the Super Bowl to face San Fran.

With a Bengals win over Baltimore next Sunday, and a New England (11-4) loss to Buffalo, my Bengals will have the #2 in the AFC, and with that comes a first round bye in the playoffs, along with home field advantage. Hopefully next Sunday, New England will do what they're known for, resting and sitting out players in the last regular season game to gear up for the playoffs. I doubt they'll do this however since the #2 seed is still up for grabs.

Over in the NFC, I was glad to see Dallas win today. They're still alive in their playoff hunt, and with a win against Philly next Sunday, they will clinch their division. Anyone but Philly in that division is how I feel about it.

Chicago can clinch their division tonight with a win over Philly.

I couldn't believe Arizona knocked off Seattle today.

Apparently New York Jets coach Rex Ryan is about to get fired after next Sunday. He's already gave his players a heads up on this after their game today.

For you Washington Redskins fans, do you think your coach should be fired after a disastrous season?

Dawn, Sorry your Lions didn't win today.

Looks like Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is out for the rest of the season with a bad back. Not good if you're looking to get past Philly Sunday night.
