Since I got back online, and started frequenting both sides of the MD fence, I've noticed a dearth of activity over here. Now I admit, most of what I have posted on either side has been awfully tame, this side is getting almost lame. The blogs are dead, and I never was in the forums. But this place is beginning to resemble that old neighborhood bar that is on it's last legs and only the die hard customers are there.

Not that I mind the comfort in someplace familiar, but a little livelier activity would be good for the whole joint. It does take more than the operators to make a site, it takes the patrons, and as with any bar, they do have bouncers, but I doubt they have been more than a drag on the payroll here.

Now, is there any gal under 150 pounds in the SEMO area that would like to fuck me till I have a heart attack?

You are right it has changed a lot since 2009 when I joined, I just more or less see it as more people being on other social media sites than here, A lot of the smaller sites have little to no activity now, Sort of like in the 90s people moved from the local BBS systems to the internet people have moved on to larger social media, Times are changing and people's taste change with it, Anytime you get a major exodus from places like this, things rarely pick back up again, People just move on and keep on going,

Good luck on finding someone in your area

One of life's guarantees..things are always changing. I'm not saying AMD will never get back to what it once used to be, but, I seriously doubt it will. It's like RJ says, people move on. Even over on the other site, it's slowing down a lot. People are moving away from it also.

Thanks girls for commenting. And I really didn't expect an answer from anyone on the last bit in there. Shoot, I figured at least one scammer would hit on me. Just my luck, the one time I want one to show up, nada.

A lot of people who blogged on this site over the last few years are good people.

Yes, it appears to be winding down in Pervia. I hate to see this, but as already stated, a lot of people have moved on and either lurk anymore, or is no longer around.

Little things add up to this mess over here, ranging from being able to use the emoticons, quotes, posting links, or even posting a video if one is using I.E. A week or two ago this same problem started over on the vanilla site, only to be addressed and quickly fixed. Unlike on this site, nothing has been fixed or addressed. This has been going on since last Nov. No excuse for this not to be resolved on this site.

Sure, more people are blogging over on the vanilla site, but some of those people are very hateful people that show no respect and regard towards each other. It gets pretty nasty over there. I can see maybe a handful of people over there who don't have accounts in Pervia that are good people that I wouldn't mind seeing over here blogging and taking part in this community. A lot of you who blog in both places are good people, and I'm glad I became friends with you.
