I have been in DC for such a long time now (at least it seems that I have been here forever!), and YET, I have no been able to find a date that would go a little further than me paying for dinner and never getting a call back after my courtesy call two or three days after that date...
This town is a tough cookie to break... 
Any suggestions???
Should I become Republican and insinuate doing it under the table???
Should I be a Democrat and offer lick jobs around the city??
Should I be Liberal and become virgin (not really, but it is getting close to the day before my 16th birthday)?
What should I do??? I never have had problems anywhere else I lived. That includes, Florida, Michigan, New York, and Mass... =/
Any advice? I think I am just myself when meeting girls; maybe I shouldn;t really be myself?? hehehee

Hey dude, it is frustrating trying to figure out why things go the way they do on dating in your city. I say just keep being who you are and do not change. Someone will cross your path that is the one. For the time being just do not let it bug ya because it is their loss and not yours.

We let's see...Are you: 1. paying enough attention to her? 2. being a gentleman by opening doors and getting her chair? 3. not acting like you only want sex? 4. being attentive? 5.asking her questions about herself and not basing the convo on you? 6. paying her way so that you dont ome off to her as being cheap? 7. answering the phone while on the date? 8. telling her the most repulsive things about you? 9.acting like you are desperate? 10. showing her that you are complisated and/or have baggage?
If any of these sound like you, then try to avoid them. I live about 2 hours away from dc and visit there often. Maybe you just havent found the right women yet.

First of all - Open up a bit. Dont be a wussy. Be confident. Be funny. Be cocky. Dont always pay the bills. When i went out with R. I never remeber paying ONE BILL. Sorry but she earns way too much more than me. Every date do something different so that it does not bore the shit out of you. Will give you more lessons as they come in my mind. Try this for now.

When I was in DC two years ago on Vac....It seemed the town never went to sleep...we had a good time...people on the streets until 4:00 am...a great time....cumming sure had some good pointers...try those out...I noticed alot of young people hang out at the Sushi bars down town....and of course Starbucks every three or four blocks,,,Lots of younger folks on the metro...Just smile all the time,,,you'll attract them,,,,say good morning,,,,,say good afternoon,,,,break the ice,,,Send out good vibes....GOOD LUCK Lena
