Last night I started a blog but didn't get it posted before I went to bed. Just as well, there wasn't anything of real note in it. And this one probably won't be much different.

This one tho does have a general thought, that has run thru every dating site in existence. That being the dreaded SCAMMERS. I read one on that subject this morning and posted a comment, which I suspect more than one person did. The poster tho seems to have comments turned off or on waiting for approval. That is fine, just doesn't seem to be the way blogs would work best to me. If one wants to really get involved, or discuss something, then why hold anyone’s comments back?

Most of the folks that have been on this or any other dating site know very well the flags to watch out for, and they (the sites) all tell you some of the things to be wary of when you sign up. The younger peeps that get on these sites don't seem to fully grasp the information that is put out just to keep them from falling into one of the many schemes that are part and parcel of online dating, or read it. But youth being what it is, young, dumb and full of cum, someone always falls for the line then gets upset. Oh well, another lesson learned the hard way.

One more thing, don't ya think the smart ones already know about scammers? S0 why post a blog about them. Other than for the chuckle the more learned ones get from reading it. And by learned, I am not referring to a formal education, but living and experiencing life.

Yes, those of us who have been on any site long enough know what a scammer's email will look like. I will not go into detail here. Why give them something to use to try to be more deceptive right? But I'll say this much:

their grasp of the English language is horrible
their profile descriptions are a give away
and if they are offering up their contact information on the first contact...chances are, they are a scammer. Not always...but, most of the time.

Just remember, as soon as they talk about money....RUN.

That being the dreaded SCAMMERS.

To be honest, Mike, spammers bore me and so do blogs about them Outside of the shout outs by guys asking if any woman in the (blank) area wants to hook up, bitching about scammers is their first blog subject.

I can spot them so fast that they don't even phase me anymore. I don't even report them as I like to watch their screen names turn from pink to black in my in box

I have probably said this a hundred times and will say this in the future a hundred times more. AMD is like a barbecue. If you just accept the fact that there are going to be flies, you will have a much better time. It is the price you pay for a free site

Sometimes it is fun just to mess with scammers heads and confuse them, What can I say, sometimes I am bored and amuse myself at a scammer's expense, Then I report them.
