If you try to read an email from somebody on MD who has canceled, you can open it and read it.
If you try to read an email from somebody on AMD who has canceled, you get this:

The profile that sent you this message no longer exists. This member was either found guilty of spamming or violated our terms, thus resulting in the cancellation of their account. If you see many new emails like this one in your inbox, they were probably from scammers. AMD also never had quizzes and AMD has a lot more essay sections in the members' profile.
