Cell phones and how you use them

I have friends that walk around wearing a Bluetooth earpiece whenever they aren’t sleeping. We all know lots of people that are seemingly always texting and cannot go anywhere without their smart phone. It is high anxiety if they can’t find it. Those folks are not me.

I have had a cell phone for six years. The last time I used it was in October… of 2011.

I pay five bucks a month to front load it on a pay as you go plan. I use it so much that my account has over $350.00 bucks in it. If you don’t use it you lose it can apply to several things. So I decided to get a newer phone

I decided this not so much for gabbing on the run with 4G speed, accessing my email or the Web, but rather to be able to take pictures and videos I will now be able to post a dick pic

My cell phone resides in the car in case I need to call somebody when I am on the road. Obviously, such a need rarely arises.

How do you use yours and how important is it to you?

Have you ever taken nude or semi nude pictures or videos of yourself with it?

My cell phone I use for when I'm not at home and friends, family, or even work have to get a hold of me. Yes, I use it to take pictures and video. It's a simple, little LG phone..nothing spectacular. I can access the web with it, if I really wanted to. It's come in quite handy a few times. There were two times I remember where traffic back ups would make me late for work and I was able to call my supervisor and let her know. And when a vehicle I was driving got a flat or broke down, I was able to call my Dad or call a wrecker. And my family knows I have at work with me and to call it only in the case of an emergency.

Half the time I don't know where mine is at. Since most of my family are on Verizon, they will call me on my cell because it doesn't cost them minutes. But poor things...they end up having to call me on my home phone to actually reach me.

I try to remember to take it with me when I go anywhere in case of car trouble. It's nice to have in Walmart when Susie and I can't find each other. I text probably more than I actually talk on it.

No, I don't take pix with it or videos...never think of it. My Verizon plan is the senior plan with 200 minutes and I might use 5 of them in a month. I pay an extra $5.00 for unlimited texting. I get a lot more text then I send...wouldn't text much at all if I didn't have to answer other's texts.

I'm not a phone talker...wouldn't have one 'cept they are needed for doctor's appts. and other such business.

I first had a plan in 1999 with Alltel and then it went to Verzion. I have three phone on this plan because I pay for my son's and daughter's phone. It came in handy when I was sick and in the hospital for over three months. The kids use it more than I do but it it's worth it because if I need help, they are only a phone call away.

I got my first cell phone in 2000 when I started my business- I needed it to keep in contact with my customers and for them to contact me when they needed service on their equipment! Since then, as we all know, because the economy has tanked and is still in the gutter, most of my customers folded. So, I don't use it often but it is important to me and it goes where I go, in case my vehicle breaks down and I need a tow for example! For that, it can't be beat as I don't carry a blanket and kindling for smoke signaling if I do get stranded!

Have you ever taken nude or semi nude pictures or videos of yourself with it?

Are you kidding? In a word: No... the last thing I need is the cell phone cops knocking on my door to arrest me for using my cell phone for lewd purposes! However, if there's a lady out there willing to trade nekkid photos, well then I just may reconsider that adventure!!

Mine has been a lifesaver recently with my mom in the hospital. I have not been home much and it means the kids can keep in touch with me,

I love my cell phone while I am not on a blue tooth thing never have been that plugged in it is my life line to the world... LOL well not really I text more than anything and my Mom texts a lot also... I keep in touch with my now grown kiddos and it is an invaluable tool at school because when I am having a disruptive kiddo I can just text an admin and she pops in if she is around and problem is put off to another day, it has also come in handy for lock downs and weather craziness..

and I don't photo and tell.. LOL...

I've had mine since 2001, and really don't care about having one other than it's nice having one while I'm out and about and may need to use it for emergencies.
