So have you ever got that feeling that you were smarter than your boss and never said anything. I was in that boat except I said something and I'm kinda glad I did. It started out planning on what to do about the broken down truck on the road blocking traffic from leaving the area. My boss said to close the first outta four lanes and use it as an exit. This woulda worked if it wasn't the busiest days ever traffic became backed up and my boss got so frustrated he started yelling at employees. Well without his permission I told the other employees to only close lane 1 when ppl were trying to eave on top the mountain and Re open it once they had left this made things go faster and my boss looked at me and frowned the next day I became the company's first idea planner and got a company truck and made a lot more money. So did you ever get that feeling.
