Well, Winter Semester ended a few weeks ago. Got 4 A's and one B! The class I got the B in was a tough one, but, I made it! So, I'm "taking the Summer off" from classes, not going back till the Fall Semester which starts at the end of August. Oh yeah...made the Dean's List again. Makes it 3 semesters in a row!

Work, been a little slow lately, but with switching departments, I'm still getting more hours, which is good. We just had evaluations and I was told I will be getting a raise. So, things are going pretty good so far.

My niece is graduating high school this year. I am so proud of that girl and all the crap she's had to over come to get to where she is today. She's gone from being a D student to getting A's and B's, and a lot of that has to do with her biological dad being here for her. Ever since he's been back, she's been doing great in school, and is so much more happier. Even my nephew likes his step dad, and that says a lot because my nephew can be a snob when he wants to. And my nephew's grades have improved also.

My dogs, they're still with me, still the same pains they can be. No new disasters to complain about, but hell, the year is still "young" right? Finally found me a laptop I can use for classes next semester. With this, I can take it to class with me, and in between classes, I can hook up into the colleges network and continue on with assignments while waiting for my next class to begin.
