Just flipped the channel to Fox News, and reports are coming in that Dick Clark passed away after suffering a massive heart attack this morning.
Famed television producer Dick Clark died from heart attack Wednesday morning, TMZ reports.
He was 82.
Clark suffered a stroke in 2004 which forced him to significantly curtail his hosting of "New Years' Rockin' Eve," a show he created in 1972.

I seen him New Years Eve he seemed a little better to me ..

Remember when my aunt was in high school they push the couch against the wall and her friends would dance to American Bandstand I grew up with him on the air .

Yeah, over the past few years I had been watching him on New Years Rockin' Eve hoping to see him getting better from that stroke he had 8 years ago. I thought I finally saw some improvement 4 months ago that night with him, and kept hoping that he would fully recover.

I heard about this on the radio at work. I agree with the others, he did seem better this past New Years Rockin Eve.
