	I've got the dvd of James Cameron's Titanic with DeCaprio, and I remember the scene in the beginning when passengers were loading dogs and often wondered with the real Titanic if there had been pets and if any had survived. That was interesting towards the end of the article about the cat getting her kittens off of Titanic. Maybe that cat knew something that the people didn't.

	Maybe that cat knew something that the people didn't. It appears that anything living except humans, seem to pick up on pending natural catastrophic problems- animals usually get out of the way before it happens! Humans usually don't know what's going on until buildings start to fall around them!

	That was an awesome story...sad about the great dane and owner but just goes to show even then dogs were mans best friend
