He was only 66 yrs old. Davey Jones I remember watching The Monkees as a kid, that show used to crack me up. The songs weren't half bad either. 	I hate to say it, but...I always preferred MICKEY'S singing to Davey's!! I hated when Mickey got his hair permed, and I felt sorry for Peter, who always seemed to be getting pissed on! Mike's combination of sideburns and winter hat always confused me...And how come you never heard that damn tambourine that Davey insisted on pounding?!? (What can I say?!? I was in second grade!!)

	The Monkees sold 65 million albums I wonder how many members of the bogus Rock & Roll Hall of Fame could match that. Regardless if they where manufactured or not they where a breath of fresh air during the 60's. No drug or sex scandals just enjoyable music the millions of people loved. Rest in Peace Davey.
