Lifes Unexpected Happenings.... posted 2/16/2012 2:19:41 AM | 1 kudo what's this?     report abuse   onehornytoad69 For those of you that don't know...I work 2nd Shit(no typo).... Before work....since.. I Live in an Apartment ..I'll leave for work early...I'm not an Inside person!!! I'll get lunch..and go to a city "Parc"...(that's what they call them..in this town!! lol).. I'll have lunch...and in this area ..there's a game...that's Called "Disc Golf"... We didn't have it in VA.....(where I'm from!) Well.. I have started playing that.... It's just like Ball Golf...but you throw a Frisbee..type of thing....into a Basket!!! Its a ton of fun!! So...Yesterday..I get there..eat..and shoot a few rounds of "FG"... It was a Cool day.... so I just went a few rounds.... I was sitting in my truck..talking to my Daughter on the phone.......while I'm still at the Parc...(this is my calling time..everyday... ) A SUV pulls up at the end of the parking area...and a Doggie.. gets out......(I'm still talking to my daughter... ) Three ppl get out...and then I see a Skateboard...on the pavement... Then...I Saw this!!!!....My Truck is Maroon and Silver...cant miss it!! lol This dog was awesome..to say the least!!! The owner....talked to me for the longest time..while the other 2 were recording this... Yanno... I Talked to someone I Did not know... and he is "World Famous"!!! I did not realize it,... till I was searching out the link he gave me...to view the Doggie...(which was wrong!! ) He's a film Director...and that's all I'm saying!!! I Love His dog!!! 	There's another 'meatloaf' out there only, he's a song writer/singer! Come to think of it, they both kinda look like each other! Did you ask the film director, if he knows the singer (not to be confused with Singer Sewing Machines)?

	Oops hit the wrong button there's a game...that's Called "Disc Golf"... It was kind of a fad and got popular in the Dallas area for a couple of years in the early/mid nineties. There were five or six courses in parks in that area. I don't know if there are any still there. I played it several times and I enjoyed it but I really wasn't very good at it. It could be fun and it was free except for the disks which are pricey as I recall.

	disks which are pricey as I recall. they can be...WoW I bought a beginner set...of 3.. a driver, Mid range and a Putter.....for $24.00...but this is just a beginner set!! I wish I had of gotten good info from the ppl playing it(that I ask before buying)..before I bought this set..because...the weight of the disk in this set I have..are several grams Lighter than...the Good disk A real good disk..is about $15.00 each! I'm not good..but I enjoy trying!! lol At the Course I have been going too..theres a water Hazard....I have seen a couple with waders on....looking for their disc...I tend to Lay up..at that hole!!! There's many Courses here also.....and all are Free!
