Finally CNN called it for Newt at 7:33pm, 33 minutes after Fox News, and 32 minutes after MSNBC.

Well... Newt Gingrich IS after all, the lessor of the two evils- with Mitt Romney, (the son of our former Governor of MI, George Romney- 1963 to 1969) looking and acting like a typical politician- stashing a large portion of his wealth in over seas account(s) to boot! He's bad news in my book!
As most of you are probably aware of, I consider all politicians the most 'freeloading' errant forms of DNA mistaken identity that nature has ever exposed our planet to!
I believe nothing that any have to say when giving their coached and ghost written speeches, campaign, after campaign, after campaign ad nauseam and the 'star struck' people just eat that crap up... every time!
Anyway, I'm done- need to gulp down some Pepto-Bismol, to settle my stomach!!

It's an anything goes race apparently.
Sorry, I just don't like Gingrich. Something about him just bothers me. I'll put it this way, I trust him LESS, than I do the others he's running against.
This is an interesting race so far. Iowa, last I heard, is now saying that Santorum won? Unless that has changed again. And Romney won New Hanpshire, and now Gingrich with S. Carolina. I guess Ron Paul wins the next one?
It does show that at least people aren't blindly following the hype the media has put on Romney, although, he may still end up with the nomination. There's a long way to go on this, and polls here in Michigan have shown that Romney would win the primary here.
Romney leads in Michigan

It is the first time that the first three republican primaries were won by three different people.
A Gingrich/Santorum ticket would be great. I agree because they would get trounced in the general election as they are too far to the right for mainstream America.
Sorry, I just don't like Gingrich. Something about him just bothers me. I'll put it this way, I trust him LESS, than I do the others he's running against. Newt's maritial history and legacy as Speaker of the House are detriments. If he espouses family values on one hand while cheating on not one, but two wives, can he be trusted
I think that in more rural states that Romney comes off as too much of a city slicker. After what happened in the "Great Recession", his tenure at Bain is not going sit well with a lot of folks.
It is a moot point now, but I registered to vote here in Missouri and had planned on voting for John Huntsman in the primary and may have even voted for him over Obama in November.
