That's amazing... I thought that chimp died a long time ago! I always thought it was the same chimp (apparently not) I remember seeing in the old tarzan movies! Tarzan's (Johnny Weissmuller) girlfriend (Maureen O'Sullivan) was a foxy looking lady, especially in those days! Today, she would be considered 'HOT'!!

That's one of the reasons I posted the article because I was amazed that an animal was still around at almost twice its normal life span! That would be equivalent to a human living into their 140s, if you go by the average life span of 45 years for a chimp and then, I don't know if that's 1 year for 1 or what... I'm assuming that's what the article meant!

he actually lived on a farm 5 mins from my house for awhile til the place got shut down and he moved to where he ended up staying til the end.
