There were some "newbies" here, now they are gone. Mod must have had his reason for that. Oh well. At least one is still here with his stories, which shows some good writing.  Hopefully he sticks around as I've been enjoying his story writing.
Oh yeah, you all missed the snooze fest. It was back again, claiming to "shut down the site".  Yeah, I know, "big deal". Gotcha. Couldn't agree more.  Moving on.
Turkey day is coming upon us soon, next week as a matter of fact. We all have things we are thankful for, myself it's my family, my friends, my job, my schooling, and my pets. My dogs....sometimes they make me wonder, but, it's part of their "charm".  Been "one of those weeks" with the dogs. Tazz is in heat, and although both of the males are fixed, they're trying to get on her. And Tazz wants none of it. So, all week, I hear her growling and snipping. I'll be so happy when this is over. Even more happy when the money I save up to get the females fixed can actually be used to get them fixed!  One of these days it will happen.
At work yesterday, I was complaining to my supervisor how unfair it is that it's getting harder to get up when kneeling down.  When the hell did that happen? Used to be I could just kneel down and get right back up with no problem, now, I have to grab hold of something to help pull myself up. That's just not right!  Guess I need to get more serious about my stretches and leg exercises?  But then again, back when I was in that car accident and it messed up my knee, I knew then I would have problems later. Damn I hate being right on that one.
I kind of miss my Fox and Friends in the morning. I used to watch it because I liked the humor, the playfulness of the hosts. But in the last few months, I don't know what it is, but, the constant rhetoric just got to me. It comes off as unprofessional to me for any journalist/anchor to show their like or dislike of politicians, ideals, etc. To me, to be professional, they should just report, and leave it at that. The sneers, the mild put downs...got to be too much. And I've been watching that show for 8 years. And like I said, it just seems most recently that it's gotten to be too much. So, I stopped watching. To me, there's enough discord out in the world without it being egged on by those reporting news. That's just me.
How about those Lions? Yeah, they lost the game yesterday, but, wow! Stafford surprised even me with his move after that interception. I wasn't surprised when Moore got pissed off and a fight broke out.
