I believe I mentioned it to revdoc and he posted it. But hell, what is one rerun humor attempt around here one way or another I saw a palmetto bug in its death throes this morning. They are huge roaches about an inch long and pretty much an unavoidable reality in the south. They freak out people from the west or the north that have never seen them. Oh, as a bonus from mother nature, they can fly It was on its back, twitching with its legs flailing. It led me to to recall some women I used to know. A few hours later it was lying on its back, not moving with its legs spread. Better still, post something funny that hasn't been posted a dozen times beyond copy/paste. How about something interesting? I hear the crickets, they supposedly communicate with one another, but I don't understand their language Oh well, I hope everybody enjoys this three day weekend. Besides, I rather enjoy the slow pace of the blogs here. I am not online 24/7. You remind me of my mother. For years, maybe even decades she would complain: "I think I am going to die soon." Really Bruce, do you want to sound like an old woman? Your palmetto joke was original and funny. I would have left a kudo if you hadn;t pissed in your Cheerios afterwards. Strega, your comment about the bunnies was funny too. Just because the women of Pervia are not spreading their legs like Palmetto bugs in the blogs for you to see, doesn't mean they are dead. Maybe it is because I am in the hot bed of AMD, Ohio, that I find life very interesting here on AMD... Maybe it is just because I am an optimist.
