Since I can't comment on the blog...I'll say it here:

Get used to it. The scammers never read profiles. Oh yeah, a blog about it is a waste of time because those you are directing this at...don't read the blogs and they don't read in the forums either.

Do like everyone else does: block the user. Oh, you can try to "kindly" tell them you're not interested, but chances are, they may write back calling you names. It's a free dating site....it isn't perfect by any means here.

I looked over her essays. From my experience on here, it may be a guy behind that female profile. For one, they're too hung up on wanting to meet beautiful women for sex. They made that clear in a few essay statements.

Another thing sticks out about that profile that says fake gender is.......well, I won't say, I don't want these people perfecting their fake profiles after seeing me point little things out.
