It profiles neighborhoods, schools, property values, crime rates, resident demographics and more. You can zoom in fairly far on it. There are seven "neighborhoods" within my zip code. I found some of the data to be a bit off in property values. 	I put in my zip code, and some of the info it came back with for my area was just a bit off..wrong name of one of the schools being one of them. It was recently changed, so I figure the records have not been updated yet. Like you, I found that they were just a bit off with property values.

	The property values seemed to be accurate for my neighborhood about three to four years ago before before the mortgage crisis and housing market collapse. I am kind of wondering how old the data is overall as what that site says our population is, is about 25,000 people less than the 2010 census figures.

	Did not find out a lot about our neighborhood but pretty much know the tax value of the houses in the area. With Ft Bragg and Pope here the value of homes never crashed like the did in other areas.
