Dear Driver,
You know who you are. The one who rode my bumper for 2 miles . If you look down you would notice I was doing the speed limit. If you looked to your left you would have noticed that lane was empty.And if you looked to your right and up just a tad before you gunned into the left lane. You would have noticed that State Trooper before his lights went on and rode your bumper. I notice you as you pulled over. Have a good evening. P.S. He beensitting there now for a week .
