Those "men" hitting you up.....it's almost a guarantee they are scammers looking for their next victim.
Which leads to the purpose of this blog....they will never read it as they don't participate in the blogs or the forums.

Welcome to Pervia! Thanks for your nice reply! Just so you know, you may never find what you're seeking here on AMD. After many many years here, I still haven't found it, well not from here anyway. But what I actually found, might possibly be much better! I found friends and a "family" of sorts. You'll find AMD is actually like a small community, where nearly everyone gets to know everyone else. We know about each others lives, kids, families, jobs or lack thereof. These folks have seen me through my father's massive coronary, my mom going temporarily blind from diabetes, my own battle with cervical and uterine cancer and my son's deployment to and subsequent return from Iraq!
There are some super caring folks on here! So if you can overlook the scammers and idiots who never read a profile before firing off their little missives of lies, it's not a totally bad place to hang out!

The simplest solution, if you don't know who it is, is that you only open emails from pink screen names and ignore the blue ones. Pretty simple to me
