NASA scientist finds evidence of alien life posted 3/6/2011 12:25:55 AM | 0 kudos what's this?     report abuse   somnium If you were to ask me if I believe there is life elsewhere in ours and other galaxies spread across the Universe, I will tell you without the slightest hesitation... absolutely!!! I don't expect that other life forms would be like us- it's going to be based on the planet's basic makeup like our planet's is. Ours is a carbon based life form, other life forms would no doubt be different than ours! Don't expect other life forms on other planets driving 100s of millions of autos around or enjoying luxury liners or websites like AMD... Although, I'm sure they would have their own butt heads, like we do but... we call them politicians! Other life forms? Do you think there is life spread around the Universe??? 	I think it would be very arrogant to think there is not life out there. I think we might need to expand our concept of life.

	What if they are no friendly? I have watched Stephen Hawking's Universe series before- I am a fan of his! There could be non-friendlies out there- after all, any intelligent life form, has probably 'been there, done that' regarding our life experiences- especially if their politicians think like ours do! Sorry, couldn't help myself!

	I'm hoping this will be confirmed. Some scientists have long believed life on earth could have arrived on earth in meteorites. Life in universe may be more common than we can imagine. It seems more likely as our knowledge of the universe increases.

	I've always believed there is life out there in the universe...it's just to big for it to not be otherwise. And like RJ said, I think it would be very arrogant to think there is not life out there I totally agree with her.
