Yeah, I'm watching this too. I liked more of the 80's and 90's SNL.

John Belushi & Dan Akroyd in the diner... with of one of them yelling, "cheeseboiger, cheeseboiger, cheeseboiger!"
Loved Mr. Bill... "oh, Nooooooooo!"
The Coneheads and nah-na...nah-na... nah-na... Landshark!
Eddie Murphy's rendition of Mr. Roger's Neighborhood
and I loved Rosannadana, too!

I watched it like religion in the seventies with John Belushi, Chevy Chase, Dan Akroyd, etc. and I laughed my ass off on a weekly basis. After that it just steadily declined in how funny it was to me. I went and watched it a couple of years ago once having not watched in years, but nothing was funny.

Okay, I am going to try to get into the spirit here. Girl, you are taxing my memory. But there was one around the time the Superman movies came out. The guest was Margot Kidder. The skit basically involves all of these super heroes at a reception for Superman's wedding to Lois Lane and her confiding to Clark Kent that she has done all of these other super heroes before and she goes on to mention some villains too.

I loved John Belushi's Samuari Restaurant skit..it always cracked me up..and of course who didn't like Mr. Bill. And I love the 90's with Mike Meyers, Chris Farley, David Spade, Dana Carvey....Church Lady was always a riot, and Hans and Frans, Wayne and Garth, Chris Farley's motivational speaker skit Tom Foley,
Yeah, SNL has had some great moments. Eddie Murphy with his "Buckwheat" was pretty funny too. And the coneheads...Yeah, I remember watching that show through the 80's and 90's. I haven't seen it much in the last few years, mainly because I don't stay up past 11 anymore.
