In a related story that I heard on the radio. NASA is supposed to be releasing pictures soon taken from a spacecraft that passed quite close to some comet.

I remember in the old CB radio days we liked 'em because we could talk 'skip' almost anywhere
I had SSB with a kicker that put out over a 200 amps and had frequencies few were on.. Easy to talk around the world
