Trust me on this one, it is really cute, extremely creative. What it is, is an animated clock. It is accurate for my time zone (central), not sure if it ties into your PC to display the time (it probably does). It displays hours, minutes and seconds. You can click on it to switch between an analogue or digital clock.

As a side note, I chopped the end off of the URL to go to the main site to find out who these people are. It is a Chinese social networking site complete with forums and blogs.
