Who the hell is Doctor Cocktail???
I've already had 10 different people tell me I'm this dude.
Not the case at all.

MaxPower is a pretty well-known Simspon's reference so if Doctor Cocktail had that as a screen name at one time, it's merely coincidence.

Sounds like Cocktail got everyone's panties in a bunch though.
