Happy New Year everyone...Hope you all have as good a year as I have planned 
The puppies and Meka are doing well. Later today the pups will loose tails an dew claws but its a quick and easy procedure. Meka is being the good mom as I expected. The only problem is she doesnt wanna leave the pups at all. Have to darn near drag her out to go potty and she wont get up an eat. I have been making her special meals and sitting next to her holding the bowl so she will eat. Meka has me so well trained  and she knows it.  But I am so proud of how well she has been dealing with all the strangers. Of course having new puppies has caused everyone we know to wanna come over and see them. Though she whimpers a bit she has been very good about letting everyone see her babies. Who ever thinks a dog cant count though has never had a litter of pups. She knows there are six and if I am holding one she whines about it till I give them back.
Now its off to figure out how we are going to repair the damage some asshole caused last night when they hit my fence with their car and drove off.  I hate stupid people.
