Meka is in labor should be having puppies sometime today. She is just starting and I get the feeling its gonna take all day. Woo Hoo cant wait

If at all possible, please post a link to pics all of the little cuddlies once the ducklings are out of the oven and cleaned up!

So far I just have a very miserable dog that wont stop crying. Her contractions are still pretty far apart and I dont think I will actually see a pup till dinner time or later.

Yes that poor girl does need to be comforted but I wouldn't try cuddling her. As much as she knows Kim is her mama, she might bite her... she's in tremendous pain right now........and most of ladies know this pain huh!? Just rub her side and her back Kim.... maybe that will help her feel more at ease. Poor thing is probably scared.

Keep us posted!!! I hope they're born on my birthday!!

Yes she is scared and not a happy girl right now this is her first time. She likes to be cuddled though. I go in an check on her every few min and cuddle a little. Also giving her high calorie/sugar/vitamin treats to keep her energy up. Every couple hours I have to make her get up an go pee she doesnt wanna move at all but us girls know walking helps it just sucks doing it.

I'm no pro...but When I was raising ...Beagles ...,
Mommy (Dog)....did not want me around!!! If I left her alone...she had No problem...delivering.... herself!!!
You are there in case something Happens!! Just keep a ear out! She will let ya know!

I can't wait to see pics! To be quite honest I am not sure if I have ever seen a doberman puppy.... .....wow............ but alllllllllllllllllll puppies are cute!! There's just no two ways around that!
