Just finished wrapping all the holiday gifts and was wondering how do you wrap your gifts?

Do you use paper or gift bags?

Do you use bows or ribbon and if so what kind? Curly ribbon, big ribbon bows or those stick on bows

Do your gifts look like a 4 year old wrapped them or are they perfectly wrapped?

Me I use both paper and bags.

With bags they always have matching tissue and sometimes a bow.

Boxes are carefully wrapped with matching ribbon, usually the wide ribbon tied into a big bow.

I take after my mother she always has beautiful packages, sometimes you hate to open the package its so pretty.

I once worked doing gift wrap for a catalog company and for $12 per package it had to be perfect. We wrapped using double sided tape the tape could not show, all edges of paper needed to be folded under and all seems had to line up with the corners on the boxes. That was a little extreme but I did learn some great tips.

I used to wrap them but I can't say that my packages were very lavish or ornate. Now, much of it is either gift cards or in gift bags.

I use both depending on the item. I also wrap according to who is getting the present. I like to make it easier for the younger ones and harder for the older. All of them have to be pretty though. I also get stuck wrapping everything my dad buys. Last year Rob wrapped his sisters present in a whole roll of duct tape he is so mean

I remember the old poor days when newspaper was used & if you wanted a little color added you just used the funny paper section.

I wrap gifts using the stick on bows and stick on tags. My wrapping isn't perfect, but, it isn't too shabby either.

Mine aren't wrapped perfectly but they are pretty... I use curly ribbon on most gifts, and tons of it! it's cheap enough and goes forever! This year I used my pink and gold decorations but it's almost impossible to find pink paper so I use alot of the everyday gift bags... I did find a couple of rolls of pink paper this year, they are sold under the Breast Cancer Awareness program so a little of the money is donated to that ....which I'm totally cool with!

Depends on the item.

I have been known to wrap a a small expensive gift in it's own box, then stuff it into a cereal box filled with newspaper, then into a bigger wrapped box, which went into an even bigger wrapped box weighted down with rocks and wrapped to make it look like a huge heavy item. I am such a stinker!

But that was a long time ago...
