Normally I have a very basic monthly plan with no frills that I upgrade to full service when I travel or for 3 months when I run my big King Salmon Fishng Derby in summer they sponsor my coverage so I can use it as the weigh station phone. Brooke told me that she was waiting for me to call as several people had been in to see her boss about how much time and money I put into making this derby happen with the proceeds going to fish enhancement and habitat restoration here on the road system. The company wants to give me free unlimited service with all the bells and whistles for all I do/ have done and an extra durable phone to use at the weigh station during the derby. I couldn't talk and tears started falling. I was speechless... me who can talk the leg off an iron pot for right reasons... I am truly grateful for this as part of my vacation will be spent on the phone with companies requesting prizes, donations and sponsorships for my 2011 derby where we will be 5 years old. This is like adding fairy dust to my magic phone. Thank you GCI. I gave away $53,500 in cash prize money and anothe $12,500 in non cash prizes earlier this year and we grossed over $100,000. This has meant being able to give the sportfish hatchery over $52,000 in the last 4 years from the proceeds as well as attract sportfishing tourism to the island that benefits local business and also means jobs. Some of you in the Pacific NW may have seen me on a couple of TV fishing shows on FSN in the last couple of years promoting the derby. Today I have had so many people calling me to let me know what a difference I make. It has filled me with joy and I am bursting with happiness and love. I am truly wealthy with all the friends I have met online, in life and in death. ... been there a couple of times and been jump started back on an operating table or two .... I am grateful that I am here and I am able to continue to receive the joy of giving. I didn't realize that xmas tree I gave Skwirl was gonna get me so quick. 	Some of you in the Pacific NW may have seen me on a couple of TV fishing shows on FSN in the last couple of years promoting the derby. i think I saw that on cable tv was you that good looking chicky babe ...or the guy with the mustache just hope they don't give you a ZTE Telecom cell phone ibought a brand new one 2 weeks ago and there hasn't been a single 24 hr period I haven't had some kind of trouble with it. they advertise them as a 'country phone" for rural ppl etc, they come awful close to their description but I reckon they still have a mis-print in it this one was so bad i went back to using my old one this morning and they can jam their new one up their ass first thing monday morning!

Tassie No danger.. they upgrading the coverage on my existing phone. i think I saw that on cable tv was you that good looking chicky babe ...or the guy with the mustache If it was swiping a credit card through my cleavage and flashing my "Shut Up And Fish" T-shirt later in the show that was me in the 2009 show. This year I flew down to Old Harbor and have an interview in front of the plane after landing... then out at the hatchery talking about the project.
