I don't even own a pair of pants so I pretty much wear the same thing no matter what....pair of shorts, short sleeves, and flip flops (don't own shoes either)

I've got wool socks to wear with my winter boots, my winter coat is down filled, and depending on what I'm doing, just running errands...just my coat and gloves...but if I'm going to be out shoveling out the driveway, I have the hood on, warm gloves, and depending on how cold it is, I might put a sweater on under my winter coat.

I try not to go outside too much when it's this cold! But I make sure my hands are covered... I can't stand for them to be cold! I'd stay in sandals year round if I could but... I can't... I sure do miss my sandals tho!

Well I put on my really thin silk/acrylic blend thermals pants and top. I have sets in 4 colors, black, chocolate, baby blue and heather grey.
Then if I am leaving the house anytime that day I will put on comfy jeans, a button down flannel shirt or a long sleeve polo. To top that off I have several ploar fleece 1/4 zip sweatshirts or my favorite "Fish Diva" hoodie..(not much of a hoodie fan... feel like I am being choked so I prefer to wear clothes that allow for cleavage)
If it's not raining too hard I will wear the long fleece coat that I made with the bears on it. Sold the last one made of that fabric so no more people stopping me in public wanting to buy the coat off my back. .
If it is frigid.. i.e. ice weather or snow I wear my chocolate mid length down coat with my sheepskin lined boots with the grippy soles and ice cleats.
If it's raining you can bet I am going to be geared up like I am going crab fishing in the bearing sea. Rain pants, rain coat, extra tuffs, beanie.
If I am staying in for the day which is often ... as my business is at home.. sometimes I crank up the heat and stay in my fleece PJ's. Mostly I have a comfy few pairs of sweat pants and some over sized sweaters for kicking around the house.
If I am working outside in the cold I layer up and add my insulated coveralls over my jeans and thermals. Have spent the last few months on a roof in cold and windy conditions doing sheetmetal patches. Thank god I got done before the snow... but that cold and clear crap almost gave me frostbite as I can't work with gloves on.

...ok...here is my trick. If ya go out cold then you will stay cold. I throw all the clothes I am going to wear in the dryer...socks, undies, silk longjohns, coat, hat, scarf...and anything else...oh yeah...some jeans...leave them in just long enough to warm them and then put them on...your good to go.,,,works every time.

Sugar is shoveling minus her pants again!
I wear whatever.. I rarely get too cold.. if I do I put on everything I own.

For a short time? Stiletto heels and a bikini. For a long time? Stiletto heels...a bikini...and a fur coat.

Usually a heavy jacket is good enough for me. Back when I was working outside sometimes when it was cold I would put on thermals. But now I am rarely out very long when it is cold, usually just to and from the car.
I make sure my hands are covered... I don't really have a problem with my hands but will put on a knit stocking cap if it is cold, especially if it is windy, as I can't stand for my ears to be cold.
