That's all I ask...that you XY-chromosomers actually read what's in the profile!
Nothing can be more annoying than being propositioned by someone that is 20 years older (or younger, for that matter) than what you specify in your profile, except maybe some guy that thinks his manhood can stretch 6000 miles to reach you. Or how about married/attached guys that tell you in quite lewd detail every little thing he wants to do to you when in your profile, there can be no doubt that you are looking for someone single?
Come on, boys...just read. It isn't asking a lot, and you might just have better luck with us! When you hop all over us and you're not even close to what we are after, it screams to us that either you're desperate or don't give a damn. Happy hunting!

I figure that some haven;t really figured out that there is any useful information in profiles.
I generally just cut & paste a section from my profile essay in a return msg.. espIf you do not read my essay (or any one else's) you do not have a chance. as an attempt to educate.
There is no point in getting angry, one can only try to make a difference.

I think that the men that skip right on by reading a lady's essays, are missing the boat! There are some 'sultry' gems out there In some cases- almost like reading a steamy paperback of her sexual desires, in my opinion! Sooo... I read them!

Yep, what the other said..."comes with the territory" here. Get used to it...lot of them don't read anything...just see a profile and shoot of an email.
A lot of us have vented about this very subject.

Just do what I've started doing, which other people have suggested, email another scammers email address to your scammer... they'll be going in circles then!

Sometimes a guy has to take a risk, knock on the door and make the pitch to a cold call, regardless of his chances of actually making the sale.
It's either that, or never know what the result might be.

Thanks for the responses, folks! I am one of those weidos who has little time to waste...I get so busy sometimes that I forget my own name and it makes me dizzy! 
Many say I work too hard, worry too much, etc. but by golly, at least I know what I want! Isn't that what the fellers want?
