Our Deepest Fear By: Marianne Williamson
Our Deepest Fear is not that we’re inadequate Our Deepest Fear is that we’re Powerful beyond measure! It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I? Who am I to be Brilliant? Who am I to be Gorgeous? Who am I to be Talented?
You’re playing small dose not serve the world! There is nothing enlightened about shrinking So other people won’t feel insecure around you! We are all meant to shine just as children do! It’s not just in some of us … It’s in all of us.
It’s in you! It’s in me!
And as we let our own light shines forth As we are liberated from our own fear Our presence automatically liberates others.
Serve the world… Be your best you can be!

hmmm, didn't i see this one on the other side of the fence? no matter, it is a great thought. too often we think we are not adequate in what ever area, and tend to shrink away from attention, thinking we are not worthy. believe me, as individuals, and humans, we are all worthy. for years i was afraid to poke my heqd up, and stayed in my older brothers shadow. it seemed like he know everything, and i knew nothing. i found out just how wrong that notion was and have since stepped up and realized, i'm not him, i never will be, and the only thing i can be is ME. i have my own skills, my own knowledge, and abilities. and i am damn sure worth more than he ever thought i would be. he tends to be more than a little narcissistic.
so no matter who or where, or what your situation is, be proud of the individual you are. you are one of a kind.
