I don't see how it can be faked! Chemistry is like two magnets- they either attract or repel each other depending on their position to one another... or disposition to one another, in the case of people!
People can tell [well... most can anyway] given a little time, whether each is attracted to the other or not [chemistry]... by the actions/reactions of the other person- IMO!

I worked with a few guys who would fake anything if they thought it was going to get them laid that night. LOL I used to wonder if the women were that dumb or they were that good at it. With me these days the bullshit alarm goes off on these kind of guys in about 10 seconds after I meet them.

It would be helpful to know..... how do YOU define chemistry to answer that.
IF I had to define it, based on what I've learned talking to people and reading profiles, etc, Chemistry is simply... physical attraction. In a perfect world, I'd like to believe personaly would enter in to that..... but I've ween WAY too many people say there was no chemistry based on looks alone.
So.... can you fake physical attraction? I think some guys do it all the time just to get in some gals pants. Otherwise, you wouldn't read so many women complaining about guys being "players".

The basic meaning of chemistry is that you take 1 of something and 1 of something else and mix the 2 together to get a reaction. If the 2 dont react together then there is no chemistry. Its pretty hard to fake....

I don't think chemistry over a long period of time can be faked. If a person just wants sex...I've known a lot of guys and gals who faked interest long enough to get laid. Very sad but oh so true. I steer clear of these kinds of idiots.

No one can fake chemistry, But there's a lot of Women (and men) out there that "misread" the vibes and convince themselves that "chemistry" is there.

Well, I must concur with the majority here...I don't think chemistry can be faked either, HOWEVER.....but you Sir Mr. Straightup- YOU I think have nailed it....and Maybe JUST MAYBE THAT is what the question really is.....IS CAN CHEMISTRY BE MISREAD.......This puts a new twist on this question...So....lets keep going!
