olpup's blog, First Blind Date, reminded me of a friend of mine years ago, who told me about a blind date he had once! His friend drove up in a four-door car with his friend's date with my friends date sitting in the back seat! His friend beeped the horn and my friend walked out the door of his house up to the car, opened up the back passenger side door, stepped in the car, stopped for a second, looked at his date and kept right on going out the other door and back into his house! I felt sorry for his date but... damn, when my friend told me that and the way he said it- it just cracked me up!  Don't forget, we were young, non-thinking kids in our younger dating years!
My worst blind date, was with a girl that used sooo much hair spray, I'm thinking epoxy spray here- that was so stiff and smelled so bad, any idea of trying to put the make on her, was totally out of the question! This was at a drive-in movie too! Maybe that was her self defense- dunno but it was the most boring date I ever had- only thing that saved the night, was the movie!
My question to y'all is: what was the most absurd date you ever had or heard about that was a disaster, in your younger dating years??
