A Blog Series...Your Opinion Of Somnium posted 9/24/2010 4:58:15 PM | 2 kudos what's this?     report abuse tagged: fun, friends, opinion, life, amd   KitKat25 Continuing on with our blog series…our next peep to be showcased from the land of Pervia is our very own Somnium. With Somnium…you never know what his next blog will be about…but you know it will be something interesting and different. For this reason…I think of him as the MacGyver of Pervia…because this peep knows a lot of things…about a whole lot of different subjects. Just be warned…if you ever get him to talk about politics…or the government…be ready for a very knowledgeable…if not long-winded assessment or debate of what “they” are doing wrong. What’s great about his “soapbox moments" is they’re usually well thought out…and very insightful. If I’m conversing back and forth with Som on a particular subject…I usually walk away with a wealth of information that I did not have before our conversation began. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Somnium over the past year through various emails and blog comments. I’ve always found him to be warm…inviting…and a great conversationalist. One of the things I love most about Somnium is his laid back and easy going personality. He also has a very witty sense of humor that is fun and engaging. And did I mention polite? Well…he is one of the most polite peeps I’ve meet during my tenure in Pervia. When asked to give an opinion on a particular subject…he will tell you how it is…no holds bar…and with a bit of his trademark humor (can you say pun?) sprinkled in for good measure. He’s just as quick to offer words of encouragement if the need arises. IMO…he’s just a really nice guy…with a really great heart…and I'm very happy to call him a friend…and a fellow blogger. So this blog is for you Somnium. May you always have a topic to debate …a witty pun to share …and an amazing photograph to capture…and post on AMD. Seriously peeps…if you haven’t already done so…you should check out the pictures on this peep’s profile. They’re absolutely amazing. Feel free to leave a comment about Somnium…and stay tuned next week…when I will shine the spotlight on another talented and much loved peep residing in the city limits of Pervia. 	Som's a great guy. And he's from Michigan too! Anyway, he brings fun to the blogs with his sense of humor, and he can write some good, informative blogs. He can also do a good rant blog and still put a bit of his humor into it.

	I have always admired the way Som can give you intelligent information on a number of subjects. Not to mention he has one sexy profile photo. I like his laid back personality (no surprise there) He is always thinking ahead on things and has some great ideas. Guess you could say he is the cool guy that you wish was your neighbor.

	Don is one very nice guy whom I respect alot. He's young at heart, and enjoys life, with such things as debates, inventions, friends, and his daughter. You've got to respect that with someone. I'm honored to be a friend of his. Kudo!

	I am one of the fortunate people to have met Som in person........and let me tell you for those of you who think he probably isnt the same person in real life as he is online........let me tell you he is exactly how he portrays online.........he is sweet, nice, honest and very intelligent............and ladies.........he puts the toilet seat down......... I feel very fortunate to be friends with Don.

	Thanks kat!! Don't you just love that little trash can?!?!?! Som Som Som.................... he's great!! Handsome, funny, incredibly smart!!! He can have a very dry sense of humor sometimes but other times, you just have to belly laugh at the things he says!!! Love the guy!!!

	I like ole Som....!! What a Great Guy he is!!! If most ppl could understand his sense of Humor...they would laugh themselves silly!! ( I do) Because he is a Very funny guy!! It took me a while..but I finally learned his Humor!!! (I'm thinking we butted heads over that? ) But yeah..He has a Big ole heart...and OMG he does Love to Cuddle!!!!!! (with the Woman of his choice..NOT ME! ) Nuttin wrong with that..cause I do to..with the right Lady!!! But don't you Screw him over...like the "Jeep" ppl did!!! (I could have fixed the window...for 1/5 the price!! ) Why hasn't some Lady...Just Vamped his ass!! WTF? Love ya like a bro..Mr. Som!!!!!!!

	Ohhh my garsh! Ya got me Kat! All I can say in my defense is that I got a phone call while I was writing this blog...and I lost my train of thought. That was me... that was me... trying to tell you to pass on me!! I thought I gave you an offer you couldn't refuse BUT... to no avail! I just now saw Kat's blog about my roast- err opinion a few minutes ago and wanted to thank all of you for your kind comments you made! AMD can be testy at times but it's friends like you peeps [never used that word before], that keep my here! I think of him as the MacGyver of Pervia As far as your McGuyver comment: I rejoined AMD in Feb. '08 and was tweaking a nuclear detonation device while commenting in one of Straddle's blogs- well... I did something wrong and it went off- [shit happens] BUT... I'm working on another one that is more user friendly! Now... y'all line up for your payment for making such nice comments- ohhh... I forgot... checks are in the snail mail!
