I think most of you know i go to fat class every monday, sure somepeople call it TOPS (take off pounds sensibly) but i call it fat class.
so today at fat class, i weigh in, knowing that saturday morning on MY SCALES, which are digital from wallys, the class scale is like at the doc office, i was 2 lbs under goal, which was provided by my doc, (the goal that is)
one half pound OVER goal...but i should be able to get that by next week anyway. I dont know about ya'll, but i weigh this morning and weigh %$^&, I weigh tomorrow and im *(&)(), i weigh the next day, and im back to %$^&...until i finally settle in at a weigh, then a lower weight, spend a few days up and down, and finally settle in again...drives my fucking NUTS
Hell, if i had know i was only 8oz away...i would have grabbed the vibe...i think i could cum 8 % ozs..
damnit!
i plan to set another goal of 20 lbs lighter, then i will try to figure out what to eat to stop losing, but not gain??????but that is a bridge i will cross later.
