Can you imagine coming home and find your dog hanging by its neck?
Actually, yes I can imagine that as it happened to a dog my family had when I was a kid. About 8 or 9 years old. My parents went on vacation, my sister and I were staying at our grandparents house. And Grandpa took us over to the house so we could feed and water the dogs and take care of my little sisters hamster. I ran out to the backyard to see the dogs, only one was there to greet me, the other one I found hanging by her choker collar on the fence. Even 30 some years later I still have that image in my head. Dad figured she had seen a rabbit and tried going over the fence after it.
And after reading that article...all I've got to say is whoever did that to that dog...deserves to have the same thing happen to them.  Anyone ever dared to hurt one of my dogs like that....they would find out what a bitch I can be.
