last week i went to my doc, the same doc that i have been seeing for 30ish years....
a few months wait, that was several months ago...he sat my "goal weight". at this time i am so close to that number....3.5 lbs away

but we all know, i need to go see him again, and have this goal reset by at least 20 lbs...please tell me..."i can do it"!

and ok, i dont seem to desire carbs anymore. and im so glad that i decovered that i can not process carbs....

as I told doc, (and he knows for a fact) i come from a long line of short fat women/...

You can do it! I've been doing the Slimfast and so far I've dropped 10.8 pounds, but I think I would do MUCH better giving up carbs! I know I would feel better and have lots more energy!

Just switch meat for carbs ... protein is great!!!

and if you are a very lucky gal ... get some of that male meat of yours to exercise on even more !!!
