as of this morning i am 4 lbs 5 ounces from my goal weight....and im getting nervous, what do i do with i reach goal?

im thinking of setting another 10 goal...and keep trying, plus i cant imagine going back to my former eating habits.

I had a guest over for a magnifiant meal the other day, which included corn on the cob, i broke one in half me for, selected the small piece, but still only had a couple of nibbles of it...our meal...talopia baked fish, corn, steamed vegs, and aspargus...

i had forgotten how much fun it could be to cook for a man, that really enjoys a nice meal....we had 5 fish fillets...i ate one, he ate 4..

One thing that always bothered me after the dust settled in relationship breakdowns was cooking for one person. I got used to it, but I still miss being able to showcase my culinary abilities though.

If you are on a "special" diet to lose weight, once you lose the weigh and go off the diet, you will gain it right back again. Keeping weight off means adjusting your eating habits for life. That's not to say you can't adjust for less intake to lose a certain amount of weight. Just don't look at it as a goal where you can someday go back to "normal". Create a new.... normal. That's the real goal.

And...... make sure you allow yourself to indulge occasionally. Otherwise, it's too easy to eventually say.... heck with this... I want a cookie.

btw....... congratulations.

you know, ive been thinking about this "cooking for someone" is such an easy spot to shine, esp when the gent in question has been eating my cooking off and on....mostly off...for more than 25 years, but at each meal, he is just as excited about the one in front of him as he was the one before...

well, let me babble on a bit..FYI...im stoned, any one with a brain will stop reading now, and read something of vallyhapper, coz we may be close on this one...

so the gent, and I were discussing my cullinary skills, which lead to a prior conversation about me telling a friends husband, that curt was my "do over man", if life had ever given me just one 'do over" that i would have done anything in the world to have never let him left my world to begin with....kinda, if id known then what i know now"

we both agreed, and also agreed that what we might get from becoming a couple again would never hold a light to what we have now....a very open, very honest, very lovng friendship.

btw....i guess this is life biting me in the ass....coz this is also the guy that was giving me $100.00 for bj....

oh, and we also agreed that i married my second exhusband, becaused i love to cook for him, and he loved the food i prepared....to which we both again agreed....like to cook and liken to be cooked for was a very reasonalble reason for someone to marry....but only once, and i dont get a ":do over" on that one either..

whats this blog about.....oh shit BOW (bloging on weed)
