What one new tv show are you glad you decided to check out this past tv season, and continuing to still watch it?
With some old classics such as Hawaii 5-0 making a return to tv as a series with a newer version this season, I wonder how many of you have checked it out, and what your thoughts of it was. I saw some of the ads leading up to them plugging it, but I didn't seem all that interested in the new one since I really liked the old version because of the actors from that time.
Watching Showtime at night, I have seen in recent weeks of another new show called "The Big C". Looks a little interesting, and I believe it started this past Monday night. I haven't actually watched it yet, but I may tune in some time to see if I like the show or not. Anyone watch this one yet?
So Pervia, what new shows are worth watching this season?

I almost forgot to answer the question.
What one new tv show are you glad you decided to check out this past tv season, and continuing to still watch it? There weren't any. Then again, I rarely watch prime time network (ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC) shows.

It's old vs. young on Survivor coming up. Should be pretty interesting to watch. Hopefully the older generation will kick some ass.

I miss Cold Case Dammit! The stupid suits probably cancelled it to make room for another reality show.
Here are a couple of new shows that have caught my attention.
Undercovers (NBC)
"Undercovers," which Abrams co-wrote with Josh Reims, is about a husband and wife who are re-activated as CIA agents after years of retirement. Think of it as "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" meets "Alias" but with more comedy thrown in. Boris Kodjoe ("Soul Food") has been cast as Mbatha-Raw's other half.
Rizzoli & Isles (TNT)
Rizzoli & Isles, which is based on the crime novels by best-selling author Tess Gerritsen, stars Angie Harmon (Law & Order) as Boston detective Jane Rizzoli and Sasha Alexander (NCIS) as medical examiner Maura Isles. These two close friends – and complete opposites – work together to solve crimes and bust some of Boston’s most notorious criminals. Lorraine Bracco co-stars as Jane’s demanding and intrusive mother. Rizzoli & Isles also stars Lee Thompson Young, Bruce McGill and Jordan Bridges.
Here are a couple of new shows that I've been watching this summer and found to be very enjoyable.
Scoundrels (ABC)
Can a family of small-time criminals go legit? Scoundrels tells the story of the Wests, who are forced to change their lifestyle after the man of the house gets sent to the big house. Cheryl, loving mother and devoted wife, will do everything she can to keep her family together and on the straight and narrow.
Hot in Cleveland (TVLand)
Hot in Cleveland is an American sitcom on TV Land starring Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, and Wendie Malick as three past-their-prime entertainment industry veterans from Los Angeles whose lives are changed when their Paris-bound plane lands in Cleveland, Ohio. There they find a welcoming community that is less shallow, youth-obsessed and weight-conscious than L.A., and where one of them leases a home with a sassy caretaker played by Betty White.

I have been getting a total kick out of A&E's new show "The Glades". I think that Matt Passmore is just too HOT! TNT's "The Closer" isn't new, but I've always loved Kyra Sedgwick in her role as Chief Deputy Brenda Lee Johnson. I saw a commercial this morning for a show but missed the name. It looked like it might be good, too. I guess I always watch the crime dramas....
