One would think it would be a law already in all states. But then again, we're talking about politicians having "common sense"....and from what I've been seeing lately....they have none of that.

In the state I live in, charging someone for doing something someone else forced them to do, no matter what age, would not hold water. Beyond that, children under 16 can't be tried as adults for non-violent crimes, and is usually reserved only for capitol murder.
The idea of charging a child under 16 for something they were cohersed into doing is so idiotic, that any prosecutor that has tried to do so in any state should be dis-barred at the very least.
It's sad when you have to sign legislation to protect children from adult stupidity steming from the people that are supposed to be protecting them.
I think Stephen Colbert said it best when he said, "I believe in intellectual decline." Our world suffers from a serious mental rot.

Most states will charge a minor w/prostitution,though some of them use that as a coersive way to get the child to testify against the ones that victimized the child in the first place.
