About once a year i do a blog hobbies and what everyone else had for hobbies. and I decided that since I'm getting a new craft related toy as soon as it arrives, I'd post this years version. This site has changed a bit since the last time I did that and so have the people, I, myself, have not been very active here for quite some time. and I decided that since I'm getting a new craft related toy as soon as it arrives, I'd post this years version. I do have a few hobbies, my biggest ones are knitting and spinning, as in making my own yarn, I also scrapbook, crochet, cross stitch, bead, read and occasionally work on a quilt i started, despite being a horrible sewer. Like last time flirting is a hobby. What do you folks do for hobbies? Oh and Straddle, as always, sex isn't a hobby its a necessity of life.

I really don't have any unless you consider playing card games like bridge, spades, hearts, etc. on the computer as a hobby.

I sew, paint, do Native American beadwork and collect vintage magazines like Life and Look because it is neat to pick them up and take a good look at the world back then.

When I was in college I spent quite a bit of time in the library reading old magazines like that as well as Time for the sheer pleasure of it. I liked looking at the old advertisements in them also.

Hobbies huh?
I browse thrift shops mostly and my focus at the moment is picking up old and/or unique picture frames. I got a lot done today in printing and framing family pictures.
And as you know....I write. I also got my story notebooks rearranged and in better order.
I'm trying my hand a photography but not as anything serious, just a hobby to dabble in.
Sex....that is a rare collector's item for me but once or twice a year I get lucky...

When I was in college I spent quite a bit of time in the library reading old magazines like that as well
I also love the old black and white photography in them. I think sometimes they told a story much better than modern photography

Oh and Straddle, as always, sex isn't a hobby its a necessity of life. 
My hobby is my house and dogs....in other words...keeping the floor from turning into wall to wall dog hair.  Love my dogs, but when they shed...yeow!

Hobbies...hmmm, let me think....no, that's not a hobby, and I don't do that anymore.
I don't think I have any hobbies anymore. But I do need to work on that.
I used to crochet, do ceramics....mostly native american, crafts for shows, mostly Christmas items.
I tried the scrapbooking thing...not real good at it.
Does reading count? If so, then I have a hobby. lol
OH, wait, you said flirting counts...I do that!

I paint, draw, write poetry, play with render art, brush the dogs, crochet, move the cats off my crocheting, embroider(though not as much anymore), I can knit.. but it's more a chore than a hobby, I collect buddhas and interesting art pieces. Ummm.. yeah thems pretty much my hobbies. Oh.. no.. not either.. I collect sea shells and rare or interesting rocks. I have a granite pyramid stone that was cut by an alaskan glacier! My kid picked it up for me on a glacier.

Thank you for all your comments, I know we have some very talented folks here with a wide variety of talents.
I have been known to look at older magazines as well because they can be very interesting and yes the pictures are cool in black and white.

I guess mine includes yardwork, exercising, walking, jogging, watching my reds and some other tv shows, and playing sports.

Dust. Dust is my hobby. Ilike to collect ungodly amounts of dust around my house. I let it get so thick that it finally irritates someone enough to clean it. Most times, it's not me, lol
