A Long Drive, But Well Worth It........ posted 6/9/2010 2:26:02 AM | 1 kudo what's this?     report abuse   casuallylooking I did it! I did it! I did it! I finally made it back up to Minnesota to spend some time with my Griz. No, I haven't gotten moved up here yet. Too many things still going on with my daughter back home and right now neither of us has the money. Everything I had saved had to be spent otherwise.... And my stupid car kept having something go wrong with it.. They tell me that to win the lottery I actually have to play it. Well that just sucks! There are moments that I think I should just walk away from everything I own, pack my clothes in my car and just do it. Sounds good until I realize that eventually I would resent doing that. I've done it before when I left my ex. Walked out with nothing but my daughter, my car and my last paycheck. I am in no way meaning that being with Griz isn't worth it.... He's very much worth it... but we also need quite a bit of my stuff. So for now we are just enjoying this time, in many ways. lol Barring any unforseen emergencies I'm here throughout the month. 	I know that you kept postponing the move. As I recall the last plan was to wait until winter had come to pass. So what is the target date now? Enjoy your time together while you can.

	Yep, she finally got up here but she brought the rain with her .. The month is going to go too fast, as it always does. Even though she has only been here a couple days, you should see my "honey do" list so far ... need to pace myself so we can have all the wild crazy n we have been wanting these past few months ....

Glad you made it up to spend some time with Griz. Too bad it isn't the move yet...Ya know...cause then when you come back home.....you mope and miss him and and and and.....I'd better stop huh? (Dayna said someone has to pick on ya while she's in Kansas....blame her. ) You and Griz enjoy your month...and don't brag about it either!
