What's the best looking baseball park and football field in your opinion, and why?
For me, I used to think The Kansas City Royals had the best looking baseball park because of the huge waterfall out there beyond the right field wall. You could hear the waterfall back there and was very soothing. Very pretty as well.
A couple of years ago they took the huge waterfall out and added smaller ones out beyond the right and left field walls. Not as pretty as the one they had before.
I guess if I had to choose one today, it would be Wrigley Field where the Chicago Cubs play. The ivy on the outfield brick wall is really pretty. That and the bulidings where people sat on top of the roofs out there and watch the games. They used to have ballgirls fetching foul balls and such.
It's a shame they got rid of them.
As for the football field, I would have to say my Bengals Paul Brown Stadium because of the drawing of the jungle and big tiger eyes on the walls surrounding the field.

To me, Baltimore's baseball stadium (whatever they call it, now) started the "retro"
trend of the newer ballparks. When individual players started making so much money
that their salaries began to eclipse the cost of ballparks, it became feasible for each
team in a city to have their own stadium/ballpark. Baltimore's field ushered in a return
to old traditions, and began the end of cookie-cutter, Astroturf carpeted syntho stadia.
(Well, reduced their numbers, anyway...)
I couldn't care less about attending a football game in person. The last thing I want to
do is drop $50-$100 (MINIMUM) to sit outdoors, during winter, for THREE HOURS,
drinking overpriced beer....!!

I like the Tigers Comerica Park. Why? It's newer, and I love the scoreboard with the tigers on each side.
Comerica Park
Never paid attention to football..so can't answer that one.

Tigers Comerica Park
I hate where they added the path of dirt from the pitchers mound to home plate. Arizona's ballpark is like that too.

It took some getting used to..now, I don't even notice it anymore.

I would hate to say as I would have to go to them all. But based upon TV and my experiences Dodger Stadium is nice (been there), the "Jake" in Cleveland looks nice, Wrigley, oh and we have the gorgeous Ballpark at Arlington, it is a gorgeous facility. It is just too damned hot here in the summer for an outdoor park unless the first pitch is at 9:00.
