Have you ever had someone you met off this site send you money and/or materialistic items through the mail for whatever reason? What about having that person make a trip to help you out on repairing and/or doing a home improvement on your house?
Do you know of anyone that has? Also, have you sent money or materialistic items in the mail yourself to someone?

I have a good friend I talk to here that for the past 2 years, has sent me a pair of earrings for Christmas. He's a nice guy, seems to be very trustworthy. He has never given me any reason to doubt him. I guess I live too far away  I'm sure he would stalk me otherwise!

Someone from here has sent me a lovely candle... someone else sent me some cash for doing card readings... lots have sent me cards. I've got really truly good friends here.
Have I? Not yet, cuz I'm broke.. but once I'm not.. you know I'm gonna.

The glass on my sliding patio door broke, and at the time I had no extra money to get it replaced. AMD still had the chat rooms..and I had told a friend in there about it breaking, and it was fall, and getting cooler. Another friend offered to send money to help get it replaced. At first I said "no, but thanks". Well, he pointed out that winter was coming soon...and it needed replacing, and that I didn't have the extra money to get it fixed. Yeah, he finally convinced me to not be so "hard headed". I keep telling him I'm going to pay him back, and he keeps telling me not to.

That was nice Dawn! It's nice to know you have someone who cares enough and actually follows through with what he says! Sometimes we all need a little help and if someone wants to, let them! It doesn't happen often that you have someone offer to help you out a little.

Yes, a clearing salve when I had a cold, a couple of cards and lots of offers to yank my chain. Oops, the last ones don't count in this case.
And yes, I've sent a couple of things to people who expressed an interest we shared.

I sent 13 roses to a beautiful lady who told me she had never gotten flowers on any occasion...  12 red with one yellow in the center 
Her daughter and she called me and both of them were crying from disbelief and happiness

I havent been on this site very long,but I have sent somebody a waffle-iron that I only knew from the net.....Not even sure if I recal how that came about..lol
I kinda collect Tarot cards...Had a beautiful old set sent to me,although I didnt ask for them.....Brought tears to my eyes,really.....
When I hit the Powerball even my internet friends will be set up....lol
