Now people say men or woman go through a mid life crisis around 30-40 right? Well what do you think when you have a friend that chops her hair off that she has gorwn long all her life, gets a tattoo, nose ring, and nipples rings on top of all the other stuff she has already. starts going on multiple dates all the time, and partying more than usual, but still taking care of her life, her kids, and animals. Feeling like she cant find a decent man she goes through them like water in search of Mr. Right, what do you say about this, or what would you say to her?

As far as the sex thing she needs to communicate with her men, tell them where her gspot is.
The other stuff...as long as it's not affecting her job or the development of her children or her health ie. alcoholism then she should be okay.
If it were my friend I would ask them to seriously reflect on their behavior and future problems it may cause.

Sometimes when we Leave a relationship..we do that!!! Meaning it may Not be a "Mid Life Crisis"
Just a Personal Change!!! Hell some even do all of which you Spoke of..to "Spite" an Ex-partner!!! 
I know many that have done the Latter!!!
what do you say about this, or what would you say to her? Nothing!!! as Long as she was not hurting herself!!!
She will find what she is Seeking...or Just give up Looking!!! (Like some of us have..  )

I would call her Ruthie: she was my best friend of nearly 19 years, and she did exactly what you describe. Then, when we finally realized that we should marry one another - and it took me 2 weeks to find a job in the city/State she was living in at the time, she "suddenly" found somebody else, and was angry with ME, because I wasn't too happy about the situation!
And so, and perfectly good friendship of all those years was abruptly flushed.

I have a feeling that she thinks all her actions will suddenly change her perspective on life..it wil for a bit, but the only drastic thing that will change is her hair is shorter and there are more holes in her body and others that counted on her to be the woman she has always been will be a disappointment.
