I have had Breakfast...and some chips.... but Daymn...I want something good to eat!!!

We are having a baked chicken casserole, some chicken noodly stuff and I'm making crowder peas for myself........
My daughter just ran to the store to get the sour cream that the recipe calls for.... I wish she'd hurry... I'm famished!

I am thinking of a form of tuna an noodle casserole type thing. I have some cream cheese I need to get rid of and I will put in a can of cream of mushroom soup with two cans of tuna and a splash of ranch dressing. I am not feeling at all well and want something different. I have hardly eaten all weekend as I haven't felt like it.

I have one lone chicken breast. I think I will turn it into strips, coat them in breadcrumbs and bake. Not sure what will go with it. Rice, I guess...

I shared that meal with mine ONCE. They didn't get much and they loved it. But my nose didn't within a hour. EWWW. Plus they insist on hanging out nearby.

Grilled marinated tofu, wild rice and snow peas I think. And then mixed melon chunks and herbal tea. That is what I usually eat. For my mom I will grill a chicken breast to go with the items.

I shouldn't laugh....has the same effect on my dogs.  I just throw them outside till they get it out of their system.

It looks like excellent simple meals tonight except for the tofu. I can't do that stuff, yuk. But I will top mine off with fresh strawberries and whipped cram for dessert. I like a lot of fresh fruit an vegis this time of year when they come into season and are affordable. But this year hasn't shown much yet, but I am getting the strawberries for 99 cents a pound.

If you marinate it in whatever flavor you like and then grill it the flavor is whatever you marinated it in which in my case was shrimp stock with some spices in it so the flavor was that of grilled shrimp. Will use the rest of the stock tomorrow to make Chinese noodles with vegetables. As long as the weight keeps coming off and my health is better because of it, tofu will be in my diet. JMO Not everyone will eat it though. You should have seen my mother's face when I gave it to her one time. She refused to even try it.
